Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Customers may request order cancellation within 10 minutes of placing the order by contacting customer support via phone or email with the order number. Requests beyond this timeframe may not be accepted.

  • Cancellation requests are subject to acceptance by the restaurant/vendor. If the vendor has already begun preparing the order or the delivery process has started, cancellation may be denied.

2. Cancellation Charges

  • If cancellation is accepted within the allowed timeframe, no cancellation fee will be charged, and a full refund will be processed as per the Refund Policy.

  • If cancellation is requested after the order has been accepted by the vendor or the delivery partner, a cancellation fee up to the total order amount may apply.

3. Cancellation by Bukkad or Vendor

  • Bukkad or the vendor reserves the right to cancel an order in case of unavailability of items, delivery address outside coverage area, or any other unavoidable circumstances.

  • In such cases, customers will be notified immediately and refunded fully within 7-14 business days.

4. No Cancellation After Dispatch

  • Once the delivery partner has picked up the order, cancellations are not allowed, and no refund will be issued.

5. How to Cancel

  • To cancel an order, the customer must notify Bukkad through the app’s cancellation feature or contact our customer support email: support@bukkad.com .

6. Force Majeure

  • Bukkad is not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our control such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or strikes. Cancellation requests due to such events will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
