Once you place an order on Bukkad, our partner vendors start preparing your food immediately. Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the vendor and order complexity. Please note that processing times may vary during peak hours or special occasions.
Bukkad currently delivers within designated local areas covered by our partnered vendors and delivery network. Delivery is limited to addresses within these service areas; orders outside these zones may not be accepted or delivered.
Delivery fees may vary based on distance, order size, and current demand or offers.
Any delivery charges applicable will be displayed clearly at checkout before you place your order.
Occasionally, free delivery promotions or minimum order value requirements may apply.
Delivery will be carried out by our trusted delivery partners.
Estimated delivery time is typically 30 to 90 minutes after order confirmation.

Orders to PO Boxes, remote areas, or addresses beyond the coverage zone cannot be accepted.

Orders can only be canceled before the vendor begins preparation.
Modifications to orders after placement may not be possible but can be requested via customer support.
Currently, Bukkad does not offer international shipping services. All deliveries are domestic, within India.
